Experience Taiwan’s most legendary black tea—a bold, seductive brew famous for its natural hints of cooling mint, natural cinnamon and wild honey.
Overview
Our Ruby Black Tea (also known as Hong Yu or Taiwan TTES No. 18) is an artisan black tea grown in the unique microclimate surrounding Taiwan's pristine Sun Moon Lake. Cultivated at an altitude of 600–800 meters, this exclusive cultivar is a masterful cross between a wild Taiwanese mountain tea tree and a premium Burmese Assam big-leaf variety. The result is a vibrant, ruby-red liquor that delivers an astonishingly complex flavor profile found in no other black tea in the world.
